At Yookidoo UK, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with reliable and efficient delivery services.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to Mainland UK only. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man at this time.

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & bank holidays).
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak seasons.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will refund the order minus the original shipping costs.
However, if non-delivery is caused by a courier issue or seller error, a full refund will be issued.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Yookidoo purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how we can help:

Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
You then have another 14 days to return the item(s) for a full refund.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
✅ The item is unused, in original packaging, and resaleable condition.
✅ You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, Yookidoo will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

How to Return an Item

  2. Return Approval: We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Shipping the Item Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
