    • 2. WARNNING: don’t use rechargeable batteries.

    • 3. Use quality batteries of a known brand.

    • 4. Make sure the battery compartment is tightly sealed after every time you change the batteries.

  • Is this product BPA free?

Yes, this product is BPA free.

  • What age is this product for?

This product is recommended for children ages 9-36 months. No matter what their age, you should never leave a child unattended in the bathroom or bathtub.

  • How do I operate the spout for the first time?

Before you can start enjoying your new Flow ‘N’ Fill Spout, batteries must be inserted. We strongly recommend using new, good quality batteries to ensure optimal operation over time.

  • What types of batteries are needed to operate the product?

3 X AA batteries (not included) of good quality and a known brand are needed. WARNNING: don’t use rechargeable batteries.

  • Where is the battery compartment located on the spout?

The battery compartment is located on the back of the spout unit.

  • How do I insert batteries?

Attention! Before inserting batteries, ensure the product is dried thoroughly! To insert batteries, unscrew the battery compartment cover (located on the back of the spout unit) with a Phillips Head screwdriver. Insert 3 X 1.5V AA (LR6) batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment cover and screw firmly into position. Attention! Before putting the spout in the water, make sure the battery compartment is tightly sealed.

  • How do I fix the spout to the bathtub?

Use the suction cups located on the back of the spout to fix it into place. Simply wet the suction cups and attach them to the side of the bathtub, keeping the lower suction cup as close to the bottom of the tub as possible.

  • What is the required water level to operate the spout?

In order to operate the spout, make sure the water level is such that the pump unit is submerged in the water.

  • What effects do the tumblers create in the water?

    1. Create a shower.
    2. Spin the propeller.
    3. Watch the peek-a-boo friend float to the top.

  • How do I clean the filter?

To start the flow of water, press on the orange diver’s mask located on the red part of the spout unit and wait for a couple of seconds.

  • What should I do if I notice mold developing from the spout head?

It is recommended to properly rinse, drain, and dry out the product after every use. Use the cup dispenser to ensure dry and mold-free storage of the tumblers. Unless you do that, Yookidoo® bath toys will need a good cleaning every two weeks or so in order to remain mold-free. When a thorough cleaning is required, fill up a bucket with water and add in some vinegar. Let the spout soak in the vinegar water for around 20 minutes, then activate it a few times to circulate the water through it. Repeat this step with clean water to wash out the vinegar. Rinse the spout off and dry using a paper or cloth towel.

The filter should be cleaned every time the batteries are replaced or if the stream of water is too slow.

  • The water flow from the spout is too slow. What do I do?

    1. Allow the pump to fill up with water – plug the water output hole at the end of the spout with one finger for a minute.
    2. Clean filter – clean mesh and make sure that the filter propeller spins freely.
    3. Change batteries.
